You can enjoy the outdoors and get back into shape at the same time. Our Hiking For Fitness series of 7 classes is designed to help you get fit, while making new friends and having fun. You will learn the basics of hiking and how to get the most from your hike from REI, plus how to use yoga and mindfulness to enhance your outdoor experience. Each week we will gradually increase the length and difficulty of our guided hike until at week 7 we celebrate at the top of the Park!
